Event Details
Delivering profitable innovation is one of the top business challenges for 2010 and beyond. A common approach to increasing innovation focuses on generating and collecting new ideas, and organizations often succeed in generating plenty of ideas. The challenge most corporations face is how best to manage a portfolio of ideas, select and fund the right ones, and build a culture of innovation that gives them a competitive advantage. Please join us to learn and discuss best practices for managing innovation. The forum brings together thought leaders to share their experiences and insights that can help manage the process of innovation. We’ve planned a rich agenda of presentations and break-out sessions that will allow you to work through some of your own goals and challenges.
